When Peter was eighteen years old and was helping his father in running the hut Kofce, he made the first dumplings. It soon became apparent he possesses enough entrepreneurial spirit, will to work hard and responsibility to assume his father’s work. Demand for dumplings was growing and young Peter expanded the offer of dumplings. One day he created the chocolate dumplings, which are still, after ten years a great success. Chocolate flavour was soon accompanied with blueberry, vegetable, tarragon, honey and many others already known and completely new flavours. Among the most unusual are certainly rose dumplings from wild roses, which were discontinued due to a slightly unpleasant odour of perfume. That has not stopped him from forging new ideas and possibilities. That is how fragrant and tempting dumplings were and still are emerging. They are definitely worth to try.
